Am holiday a offer of 25F + 10% V but Optum is still offering a max of 22.5F+15%V. Am disappointing that Optum is paying so low than all others in market. Was expecting higher from Optum given it is a product based and a captive of UHG. HR trying to convince me that i will have great learning at Optum. Please share your option.

I'm already due for promotion in my current organization which gives me 20% hike from July 2022. If I consider this hike. Cognizant offer 20LPA is 38% increase. Should I ask more from Cognizant? Spouse & I need to live in a HCOL place for a couple years - min 2 years, up to 6 years - at 40 y.o. in order to grow our career & boost earning power. How do we manage housing cost that eats 1/3 of our pre-tax income? Sold our house in LCOL state and moved to the Bay area last year... Similar homes here are over a million dollars.
