For your role you can get easily 50%. If you don't get that much, don't worry, year end hike will be in accordance to bring peer parity.
Thank you. Peer parity is based on yoe or based on band? Asking this because it is mentioned that max pay range for Engineer ii is around 23 lpa in pay range lookup tool
Pay range lookup data can be old at times. By peer parity I mean, colleagues same as your band level and experience and how much are the getting. If you are getting below the peer group pay, you get higher increment at year end
Thanks
You shud try for engineer 1 at your experience. And you may easily go upto 35. Engineer2 shud get your to 30 easily.
What is the Pay Range Lookup ? How can we refer to that?
Please tell me is it worth to join AMEX as contractor through vendor payroll at Bangalore location? Please tell the pros and cons
Honestly you don't get any amex benefits when you join on a vendor payroll. So join purely on the merits of the organisation on whose payroll you are going to be.
The only long term advantage possible is that your Amex team may hire you in future of they feel you add value with your work because Amex gives a lot of importance to people who know it's ecosystem.
