I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

Hi fishes! I had asked for benefits other than CTC which Bank of America provides & now that I've completed 1 month here, here's the list of allowances you'll be getting irrespective of position/band:
1. Sodexo: 1300 p.m./ 15,600 p.a.
2. Transport allowance: 900 one way, 1800 two ways p.m./ 21,600 p.a.
3. Internet: 1500 max p.m. (other than that, one time installation charges)
4. Tuition fee: Any certification related to your field. Like CFA, FRM etc. 3,00,000 p.a.

Hi Fishes,
I was out of Infy 3 months back and was planning to attend interviews as immediate joiner.In the middle,I got COVID and a month was gone.My mother was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis.So I had to take care of household activities too as she was not able to walk.My brother dropped out of MBBS few months back.I was diagnosed with Psychogenic Erectile dysfunction after marriage which happened few months back.It shattered my whole confidence and I am having sleepless nights with depression.Can someone help me get a job?#Java

That fear is in Everybody until they hit the stage, once you start speaking you'll address that you are communicating via your speech and gain confidence in the same, Interviews are also similar in some interviews you nail it, but some goes like you haven't prepared enough but the understanding of the scenario and keeping up the confidence makes it worth it.
