I recently got shortlisted for a Product Manager position at Tracxn. There’s also an IPO coming up which is the reason I had applied.
But I have read some horrifying reviews about the company on Glassdoor, indeed and other forums.

I’m wondering whether it’s worth going through the interview process and I’d also like to hear opinions from anyone who has worked with the company or is aware of the company culture.

I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. Ugh I wanted to take my son to see a UFC match in person. Just so happens there is one in November at Madison Square Garden - great right! I knew the tickets would be expensive, was willing to pay $400 to $500 a ticket as long as they were decent. The cheapest ticket in the whole arena, basically top row so you can’t see crap, is $506 before you start with the fees!!! Am I wrong or is that just bananas???? I think all accentute team gone mad or atleast my contact person. Its my first switch and with small luck i got my fitst offer from accenture with 49% hike whick is not fine by me but had to accept it as i was not getting any call then. After putting my papers i got 3 more offers similar pay.last week my accen hr discussed with me that she will revise offer and i said i will need time as she was offering me less fixed and more JB . Now she release offer with less that what mentioned in call.

I feel like the urge to run away whenever I'm unable to perform well or understand things. I feel like an impostor getting lucky along my career path. Deep down I know I can do it but I'm slow. Switching jobs is not the solution I feel as I've already tried that. I feel like if I communicate my shortcomings I'll be questioned of my prior experience. Feel like quitting and prepare for a government job or don't know what.If anybody has experienced this phase can you please advice.
