Hi Everyone, Urgent Help!! 2.2 YOE Java Developer having 7.9 LPA Larsen & Toubro Infotech
Cognizant offered 'PA' role with 10.8 LPA.
Now 5 days left in my NP and a startup has offered 13+1 LPA.
I tried to counter CTS (looking stability factor) they are saying "we have already offered you max CTC so not able to match up your expectation."
What should I do now? Ask to upgrade to 'Associate' role having 2.2 YOE or negotiate my CTC with them?
TIA

Springboot is not too difficult it is just a framework full of readymade stuff available to pick and use, you just need to spend time with your Java skills learning that I don't think can be complete in any specific time frame (I have 7 years of experience with Java and still I think there so much that I need to learn, which I've already learnt at the time of every job switch and forget when aligned with any project having any old and obsolete tech stack)
All in all 2-3 months you should give it to understand the basic concepts and the vastness of Java.
