Hi All,
My LWD in Cognizant was on 21st Oct , I had returned the laptop on that day. But IT approval has not happened yet, and they are saying it will take 3 weeks to get approved, without this approval i can't download any of the documents after exit ... Has anyone faced this issue recently. Is there a way to escalate this?

This is a great template to go off
I currently do 1X1s biweekly. I was doing every week, but that seemed a bit too much. Biweekly seems to be working well for everyone so I think we'll stick to that.
I usually do once a week which I don't mind, it's enough for me to feel like we're close...I think it's also easier to advocate for you (if you have a good manager) if they're talking to you pretty often!
This is not a one size fits all answer and should be determined based off of each team member. I personally like 1-2 times a month — and I think this works best for well established and/or independent workers who seem to make good plans for their time and get their stuff done. Other people on my team should really be meeting weekly with our manager to make sure they are doing meaningful work.
I would say weekly
