How soon after a virtual first round interview with McKinsey do they let you know if you’re able to proceed?

Kindly suggest which option to opt for

HCL 27LPA with 15% VP
TCS 22LPA with 2.5L VP

I know there are more difference with Salary in HCL but I am worried about Job Security and Work as I have already reached 12 plus of experience as .Net Developer. I am planning to settle down for few years. Kindly suggest which option to opt for.

Prepared for two month while working. Failed two MBB final rounds. Thinking about reapplying next year. How should I prepare myself for that in this one year?

Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.
