How soon can we expect joining letter once interview is cleared?

I interviewed for ACON position in Knowledge & Insights team. It's now 5 6 business days still no update from HR on anything. Should I just assume that my candidature is not moving forward?

Hey All,
I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

I have completed 1st round (technical interview) and now they've scheduled 2nd round in CGI .HR said it could be techno managerial round.. Anyone who attended it can share review about it and what kind of questions will be asked? CGI

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity.
