I moved when I was a year and half into my grad scheme because I wasn’t developing and was getting crap projects. One tip in my opinion is, if you are at a big firm initially try stay for a bit and then move towards a boutique (which may be the case here?). Also the market is very hot, so you will continually get good offers. Main advice is think long term and your current financial situation too. Hope this helps!

Your question depends, of course, on what the next company is offering you… is it a better position? More relevant to your wants? Is it paying more? Are you going to grow more?
In this case 50% is a LOT. Think about saving potential and how it can change your future cash flows. If you think it is looking good, go for it. Be transparent with your team and leave that door open just in case!
