How to know if an entry-level job is the right fit for you? Or even advertising?

In a final interview rounds for me, it feels like the upper-level folks are just asking me questions because they have to be there. I get nervous & shake very easily. People misinterpret what I say & I don't have time to correct myself.

I've only gotten feedback like, "They loved your enthusiasm/drive but went with someone with more experience." I don't know if it's me or if they've all just been bad fits.

I put resignation November 2021 its been 9months i have not joined any job..my manager keeps calling me to join back..but i am not interested in that company..If i apply to any other company do they consider me or then reject me on the basis of gap..one thing to add..i have completed a course 6 month long meanwhile..

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? My psychiatrist today revealed to me that I may have ADHD, still a hypothesis that he is still exploring but from my personal experiences and discussions with therapist, it seems likely.

One example of personal experience is my ongoing prep for case studies as I'm interviewing with a number of firms. I do struggle to keep focus and generally take a bit longer to finish them, specifically the structuring of the case. Does anybody else feel the same way and any recommendations to overcome this?

Working on a long term brand platform, which had the potential to be a really stellar, powerful body of work.

Anybody have any tips on how to go about the relocation conversation? I’m looking to move out of the city with our main office to a city with a much smaller office. With post-covid office culture I can’t imagine it’s that big of an ask. It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️
