What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? My BRO has an offer from ATOS as a fresher. they've mentioned in the offer letter that there'll be training period of 24 months(reframed version of bond) and also they've mentioned that there'll be penalty of 70k if he wants to leave before this period. Is it compulsory to pay this penalty? Or is there any way we can avoid this, he wants to leave in case he gets a good job offer from other company. Current CTC is only 3.0 LPA and joining location is very far from home.
