How would I go about applying to other consulting firms? I'd imagine randomly applying online won't end up successful

Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened during the past year searching. Looking for a SC level role within healthcare/public sector consulting firm. I know the job scene is a bit miserable currently but if anyone in the bowl is aware of a role I would love to have a chat.

How much time did hsbc will take to release offer letter after 2 rounds of technical discussion?

I have one query, i received survey mail from ey gds regarding joining date and location preference, so it mean iam selected or any other round happens? Because i give self recorded video interview on 7th feb and i recive survey mail on 7th March which i filled on same day and in joining date there are two options 25 March and 25 April ,wheres i select 25 april but there is no communication after survey mail so what should i do?

Do recommend letters really that matter? I mean if you put effort and your recommenders like you, all can have quite decent recommendation letter, no?

What is the real differentiator at the application?

My contract is close to ending with a verbal offer on table to stay for 30k. I am looking for something more techanical in the engineering field that matched my abilities more. Is it worth the move even if I don't have anything lined up. Personally don't think I can handle job and applying all at same time due to increased anxiety.

Was learning some AI/ML and realized how I gave completely false and BS perspective on the same topic to one of the T2 partners and passed the interview with great feedback. Confidence is all that matters folks!
