Not anymore. Jokes aside, you are likely deep into the definition of alcoholism.
Think about how that consumption has impacted your life, relationships and work
That's roughly 600ml of liquor per day. If each "drink" is like 40 ml, you've had 15 drinks per day, or almost 1 per waking hour if you sleep 8 hrs per night.
Do you have a problem? Well, lets just say that your liver might look like swiss cheese.

Yes. We’re here for you though OP
What did you do with the other 0.5? That is my concern
He goes for the big bottle. 2 x 1.75L
The fact that you’re asking is a good sign. The next step is to seek help, even if it’s scary. Tons of people have an alcohol problem- it is not a sign of weakness, but it does need treatment. Talk to your doctor, check out an AA meeting, talk with a spouse or trusted loved one- just take the first step!

Yes you do….I think its more than an “alcohol problem.” No judgement- many family members I love in recovery. Please do seek help and good luck / god bless
I drink a lot and sometimes go through three quarters of a full bottle on a night. But to do that for 6 days straight.. nope! You need to get help if you can't help yourself. Take care friend.
If you had consumed half that amount in 6 days I’d say you need to assess things. Please talk to someone and get some help. Proud of you for recognizing that this is a problem. That’s the first step.

If I said no, would you truly buy my statement?

Thank you everyone for showing concern and wishing well. Even though these were anonymous comments from strangers but still it meant a lot.
FYI, i am on vacation and was drinking to drown my sorrows (mostly professional and as bit personal). Usually i drink only on weekends, 3-4 large pegs.
I know i have a large capacity and i used to drink a bottle down during my college days.

You’re on holiday, if you come home and don’t drink and don’t have the shakes, you’re ok.
It’s an impressive volume of alcohol you’re consuming but if it’s a one off and you’re under 30, just slow it down.
Wrong forum bud. This is a comment within a vacuum and this is not a group of doctors.
I may from time to time smash back a couple of bottles of scotch in a week and it is “okay” BUT it needs to be balanced against total consumption within a few weeks.
Being an alcoholic is different from having a penchant from binge drinking. Consider difference (although one can turn to the other)..
Wait, this still sounds like an alcoholic to me just a different kind… or at least the penchant for binge drinking especially if it gets you to black out each time.
Sounds like a weekend at a music festival
Yea that’s like two handles, but don’t feel bad about yourself. It’s a habit that many have fallen into, and many have gotten out of.
Sounds cliche, but admit to yourself that you’ve a problem that has potential to negatively impact your life. Then take concrete steps to cut back (there are many different methods) until you don’t feel a daily need to drink once noon rolls around.
You’re alright homie.

Yep!
Is it a daily thing? I think anybody can afford to drink less and tolerance is different everybody.
Vacation or working?

Is this a normal thing or are you on holiday?
