Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

This question has come up a few times. Having worked there, it is not a major or key player in the salesforce ecosystem. EY has independence with Salesforce meaning they audit their work so you won’t get quality projects. Suggest Accenture and Deloitte, or PWC.

The biggest difference I’ve seen is that EY isn’t a partner of Salesforce so there’s restrictions to reaching out to support for an issue requiring escalation. Additionally, customers can’t distribute user licenses to any EY resource. However, EY can still do vendor analysis and current state assessments but very limited in the delivery/implementation side.
