I’ve only slept with one person, my wife. I have not openly shared this with anyone because there’s a stigma that I “settled” or I don’t have numbers on the board like a man should. Started as a BDR and got moved into partnerships within the same org. Comp was initially 75k CAD with OTE 120K CAD. New comp for new partner channel I am carving out, I am offered same base but guaranteed 75% quota attainment payout. Is this a fair comp? Would love any constructive thoughts/points on this.
