Concerned about being unpaid for 2 months and risk of offer being revoked/delayed.I also have another offer from Barclays with Oct joining.Would appreciate advice—should I wait for HSBC or go with the other?what if hsbc offers more than other offer?how can i take confirmation for same?

Fishes need suggestions. I have been put on PIP for bad performance. I am being a part of 6 months project and project is about to complete with backend work done. I took more time for some tasks because of not knowing the technology so they highlighted that and my senior send emails to HR to put me on PIP. What should I do ? Acknowledge PIP ? Or resign?
