Husband and I are trying to book a flight to Italy from US on Delta. I currently have Silver Medallion status but he is a Skymiles AmEx cardholder w general status. Trying to pay for flight with combo of miles & cash but only the primary cardholder (husband) has this benefit. If he books the flight using our combined miles & cash and my skymiles number is on the reservation, will we get any of the silver medallion benefits?
