I accepted a job at an MBB company a month ago, not thinking I’d get the job at Apple I was interviewing for at the same time. Ended up getting the offer, and accepted, so I had to go back to MBB company and tell them the job was no longer right for me. The manger was pretty mad (understandably), and I feel bad doing it, but I have to think about what’s best for my career. I never had interest in MBB, they head-hunted me, whereas Apple was the company I’ve aspired to work for for a long time.

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

Been in the strat game for over a decade; I’ve realized that a strong department with clear process that is built on end to end problem solving (with time to think) is when I’m happiest vs this award show / case study grind. I live in a city where the subway is accessible to clients, so it hasn't been an issue so far and sometimes I can Uber. And of course due to COVID, it's all remote now. I understand directors/partners usually travel much more and would worry!

Frustrating… I don’t like my associate
He’s been on the project for 6 months and doesn’t do anything and isn’t willing to learn anything but some how is still employed .
