, and your baby needs to be safe.

He’s aggression is noted. I did a functional behavior assessment. Admin told me to change his environment. Strategy is taking him for a walk . Problem is he elopes to other rooms . He tried to take off from me and I told him no . That’s when he hit my stomach

Paper trail for adverse reaction trials.

Parents should be highly encouraged to use your technique at home. Have it noted you provided a technique that works within the document (teacher observation section)
Needs documentation and a parent conference. Address the issue so everybody is in the know that you are in a delicate state and everybody needs to be looking out for you. That is terrible to have to fear for your safety and that when this student escalates, they need to leave. Or to the office. SPED or not, if they don’t have their identified behavior supported they are not satisfying the legal document.
That sounds like a Worker's Compensation case. Injured at work while performing your job duties.
You can't be in a situation that is unsafe.

She said she denied the one to one bc it’s his environment. He is adversive to sounds and kicks and hits kids if they cry . I’m in a class of four year olds . That’s one strategy we discussed … so I tried it .., obviously it didn’t work … this is great insight . Any other suggestions

Sheesh... admin doesn't have to be in the classroom and doesn't always make the best decisions when it comes to classroom management. If admin had to deal with these students in the classroom on a daily basis....with all the other students and all the other issues and requirements we have to cover.....
