No, it means you work for the agency but are allocated exclusively for that brand (which has hired the agency not you)
Is that an option for you? Is that an option within the brand’s organization? What kind of work is the brand giving to the agency versus their in house folks?
The grass isn’t always greener - at your level you should consider culture, upward opportunities, exposure to other brands/verticals, etc

I’ve always worried I would hate working for a specific brand, but that’s all I’ve ever really done at an agency.
I will say this, the culture working at a bank would definitely be much different than the culture at an agency where I work on a bank.
Would it be worth more money and going home at 5? Probably.

Are you still a jr? That can give you leverage at the agency. I would wait a while before you jump ship unless they want to poach you.
Why pigeon hole yourself so early? Unless you’re working for one of the few really good in-house agencies, I don’t think it’s worth jumping client side as a junior.
Keep working hard, maybe ask for other work when you get burnt on that account (you will trust me). And then in a few years, jump to another agency, get more book pieces, make yourself more sellable. Then, when the time comes, go in-house and make that $ and leave at 5pm.
Or, do what you want.
It means if the agency loses the brand your job will be in jeopardy or if the brand reduces the scope.
I would ensure you are leaning and growing and making your voice and presence heard through out the agency. Volunteer for agency wide projects.
You probably cannot work on another brand at the same time bc the brand specifically paid to have you as a dedicated resource.
Continue to establish and grow a good relationship with the brand. Make sure you really dive deep into the brand and really show how much you believe in the brand and their “mission”
This way if you decide to try and move to that brand they will think favorably of you.
“Bc the brand specifically paid to have you as a dedicated resource” - how it should work but i haven’t seen this stop agencies before
