I am a fairly new EMT, about 1 year experience ITF. I recently got hired as an ED Tech, Nights and my pay is $17.10/hr with only $1 differential for nights. Is this normal? I feel like I’m being stiffed based on other ED Tech reported salaries, so could someone give me some insight and advice on what I should do?

Having tough time deciding between IB & Consulting. My thought process: I have a "better" background for IB (TAS/valuation) and with tech layoffs, this might push more potential would-be tech applications to pursue consulting (there by increased competition)?
