I am a Functional Business Analyst and the role is gradually ending in the industry.
What all skills I should start to learn to upskill myself and be relevant?

Know this is a long shot, but if I’m counseled out of one MBB, what are the chances I could get an equivalent job at another? And if not another MBB, thinking that a T2 or B4 could be possible? I’m not even sure I want to stay in consulting, but also feel like I didn’t get a fair shot at it

What certifications can I earn to increase my market value coming out of college? I’m graduating with a marketing and digital applications co-major and I have 2 HubSpot certs (Digital Advertising and Social Media Marketing) + relevant internships. I’m just trying really hard to get over 50K in Indianapolis (I sincerely can’t afford to accept anything lower) and being a new grad seems to REALLY be working against me no matter what I do.
