I am a new CDP analyst at accenture, I’ve been here for about a month. I accepted my offer last september (a year ago). Should I ask for a raise due to inflation?

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

For next year my goal increased by 2.5X, and less of what I bring in counts towards that target. I really enjoy my job but I will essentially be getting a large pay cut. Lost in what to do besides quit??

Just wanted to know the reason why I see such a good reviews of 4.4 and 4.5 for this company.

Can you name a firm (preferably NY office) that lets its associates work from a different country with no issues? The mid-size firm I’m currently at has been very flexible during covid but I’m looking to change firm (biglaw). Since my family is abroad I find it extremely valuable to be able to do this (I did this even before covid for a couple of weeks, twice a year). I’ve heard firms like Latham and Paul Weiss don’t allow it for tax reasons.

Any recommendations on data warehousing solutions? Struggling to find something that covers all the bases but is still economical. Considering looking into consultants at this point

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I have an offer of 15 Lpa from Nagarro and expecting one from Capgemini around 18-19 maybe with joining bonus as the offer letter is not yet released. One of my friend who is a doctor & is an international med graduate. He passed his United States Medical Licensing Exams with above average scores. He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. I feel his pain as he has studied for 10+ yrs and is struggling to match nw. I m nt sure hw I can help

About rolling off my project with no new project opportunity yet. I’m already getting anxious and can’t have a full night rest with the worry of not finding a project soon and eventually getting laid off. Although I tend to stress-out easily but this type of anxiety is different. Are others feeling the same way?
