I've done so well in this new role within the company that they are hiring another person to assist with what I do. What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager".
