I am a seasoned oil and gas professional with 25 years of experience, 3 years in pulling unit, 5 years in pulling unit supervision, 2 years plugging and abandonment supervision, 3 years reverse unit and fishing tools, 5 years workover foreman/asst superintendent, 7 years sales and operations management basicall. have submitted over 75 resumes applying for any number of the positions in my skill set in the past year with little to no response. Could it be my age or experience ? I don't get it

I had the first round with a consulting firm and it takes them more than a month to arrange the final round and the recruiter is not being responsive. Is that normal?

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.

How long do offers vs rejections take post interview ?

I’m job searching right now and applied for a job I was a little overqualified for just to shoot my shot and get my foot in the door with a great brand. The hiring mgr took the time to email me to tell me I was overqualified and offered to help me get connected to his network. He’s been so kind and helpful and I’m kind of in shock at his generosity. Even if an offer doesn’t come from it, is it weird if I send him a Starbucks gift card or something as a thank you? What’s appropriate?

90 Days notice period has 2 phases.

Initial phase - Candidates struggling to get interview calls.

Ending phase - Companies struggling to match a higher offer.

30 days notice period can really solve everyone's struggle.
