I am a SM at Accenture and recently got an offer from Deloitte - role speacialist leader.. the pay jump is good however not sure if it’s a good move? 2-3 years out to be MD at A and I understand that it will probably take me 5-6 years to get to MD at D however I am being compensated (paid at a higher level) for those additional years..
If I take the D offer - At A , we are going through performance cycle now so will miss out on bonus (paid late November) if I take the offer..

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales.
