What are peoples opinions on work from home? It seems to be an unpopular opinion but as a junior I despise it. Leaving my (London, big US) firm; HR has sent me various confirmations they are asking me to sign “before my last day”: I haven’t taken any docs, am aware of my regulatory obligations, don’t have any claims against the firm, have returned everything I need to return etc etc etc. This feels like an obvious try-on: the firm isn’t paying me anything to sign, my reg obligations are unaffected by it etc. How do others manage these?
