I am a Wase employee and my Mtech will complete by 15th November 2023. I will be in freepool in November month as my current project is going to ramp down.

Is it better option to switch immediately after Mtech degree completion or I should wait for Wipro's offer which they will give in last week of November 2023?

if I accept Wipro's offer then my notice period will be 3 months which is currently 1 month until I accept Wipro's offer.

Please suggest me what I should do 🙏
