I am an Senior iOS developer. YOE is 8.5. Currently getting 13 LPA. Getting promotion in a month with 25 to 30 percent hike which comes nearly 16.8 LPA. I cannot able to relocate now due to family dependency reasons. I heard iOS developer salary market is good. I am having a very good work life balance in the current company. I am in a confusion. Should I look for opportunities with PWFM or stay in current company? Am I making low pay as per market trends?

Just venting - In my 50 and tired of monthly periods with no end in sight. According to blood/hormone tests I’m pre/peri menopause. I hate the drier skin, hormone changes, thinning hair and weight gain (no matter how I adjust my diet and exercise the scale will not budge). Fortunately the one symptom I don’t have is hot flashes. Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.
