I Received offers from Razorpay and CRED for a product role.
Razorpay: 50 LPA fixed + 45 Lakhs ESOPs.

How are appraisals at Razorpay? What's the average hike percentage? Can we ask for more ESOPS during the appraisal before vesting the current ESOPs?

Kpmg started fresh undergrads in MC at some locations with this pay scale a couple of years ago! Most of the folks who started at that time got pretty good raises (although still on the lower end) !
Anyhow K pays least among the big4 so this shouldn't be a surprise.
I know. The chick they have in hr is a master tho. She didn't crack at all. I even had another offer to compare it too.
If anyone is looking for an associate "holla!"
You are making 55k because you don't ask insightful questions.
What practice ? Youre def not in consulting ...
OP what school did you go to? You got ripped off. Starting salary for undergrad in consulting is 70$ I believe.
Wtf KPMG pays poverty
No, that's what audit/tax people make. Are you sure you belong here?
55K is what deloitte starts their tax/audit folks at. Source: tax/audit folks.
If this is your first job out of undergrad and you just joined MC then 55k sounds within reason.
70k*
Maybe firms are realizing we are all overpaid especially coming out of college. Doubtful though
K1, note that OW1 didnt say he took the offer at KPMG
Started at 82k this year. You're getting ripped off
@OP, if you want to have a salary conversation, do it mid-year rather than at year-end. Also, make sure that you can back up your reasoning for higher pay.
Should also apply to other firms. Might get more in return then waiting until next year...
Well for instance salary is driven by a number of factors, years at the firm, years of experience, location, practice area, etc.
Damn Ow you got ripped off too. @OP I made 68k starting 2 years ago and am now at 87k. What school did you go to?
Location!? Started as an analyst out of college at 85k in SF. Friend in Chicago w/ACN started at 75k
@k2 I started at 70
My first job out of undergrad was B4 audit, 6 years ago at 56k....you are severely underpaid OP
Nice to know I'm not the lowest paid MC associate. We both got screwed OP
