Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

Hello 🐟🎏
When will be the retention bonus will be paid if a candidate joined TCS in the middle of the financial year. I.e September'22... Will that be paid on next year's September'23 Month only after completing an year in TCS?
And will the Retention bonus will also be considered as taxable income of the the current year taxes(2022-23)?
Looking for valuable suggestions!!!

Kpmg started fresh undergrads in MC at some locations with this pay scale a couple of years ago! Most of the folks who started at that time got pretty good raises (although still on the lower end) !
Anyhow K pays least among the big4 so this shouldn't be a surprise.
I know. The chick they have in hr is a master tho. She didn't crack at all. I even had another offer to compare it too.
If anyone is looking for an associate "holla!"

55k is peanuts. Look for opportunities at other companies. You can probably double your salary.
MC. Manager 1 - what questions should I ask then?
P3 stay away from us :)
Lol no ^
Had an entry level MC offer at KPMG a couple of years ago and salary was $55k (no signing or year-end bonus for the first year apparently)...
This is my first job as consultant and most likely I am going to be promoted next year so how can I bring up the pay conversation with promotion
OP, have a salary conversation after your promotion depending on your new salary range. But don't get your hopes up and just remember nobody forced you to accept 55k nor is anyone forcing you to continue. If company is not treating you well then you can always go elsewhere. With that said, it's very impressive that you are getting SC in one year - that's your biggest rationale for a big pay bump.
Yea my PML told me that she will put in case next year but I want to make sure that I won't be getting underpaid for my whole career in this company.
Undergrads are starting at 65k
Jesus. I started 10 years ago at IBM and made $62... OP, time to find a new job. Sorry man.
OP maybe try jumping! Might get a nice pay bump!
Wow!! Op, you're not in consulting then. How did they sneak an Audit or Tax guy/gal here
Op said MC...
Ok didn't see that. Hmm... OP, what office?
Started IBM 2 years ago at 70K now at 100k... you're underpaid imo
