I have worked on multiple Google projects and tools, ranging from spreadsheets to Google Data Studio. Basis familiarity with the Google systems, I have applied to endless jobs in the organisation. However, I have no idea why is it sooooo difficult to even get an HR call for the screening.
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

“Hey do you mind if I take down your contact info, it was great speaking with you today and I’d love to stay connected”
For McKinsey, the format is first_last@mckinsey.com

That’s exactly what you do (ask your recruiting contact). But honestly, we don’t care - it’s a nice gesture but just another email taking up space in the inbox
We don't care about thank you notes, It doesn't move the needle at all on our decision. I get a ton of them, and frankly I don't even remember who sent them to me. Sure, it's nice, but there's no reason for you to stress out over them. And anecdotally, when I was getting my MBA I didn't send a single thank you note and I did quite well in recruiting.
LinkedIn, but honestly thank you notes are overdone. Don’t bother

It's irrelevant unless it's a really small company and you personally interviewed with someone very senior. It won't make any difference to the result (there's no scoring metric for - did they send a thankyou note?).
I asked my recruiter to thank them on my behalf
