Make sure you understand where on the “ramp” the entry point is in terms of PP years and what the future % increase assumptions are. Understand sales and revenue targets and how that lines up with the book of business. Buy in is irrelevant. Factor in family healthcare costs out of pocket if needed.
Were you a direct admit MD or did you get promoted from SM?
If the former, review the recent SM journeys training to deeply understand the heightened expectations for PP vs MD.
If the latter, take a deep breath. It’s your MD process all over again, but with a larger and more XSSL, forward-looking business case.
