After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept. What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.

I have e-mail archive from 1y ago of my reach-out to 65 VCs in London: we had video calls, they might remember me still, who knows.
I want to send a reply/forward message to the same e-mail thread from abc@gmail.com, saying that I am looking for roles within their VC firm. Is that a good idea?
Or shall I just start new email thread and mention how I know them?

You can try to research average salaries for your position and present this information to your manager as to why you should be paid fair market value. This may work, but more likely than not they’ll just give you a $5k bump at best.
You’re better off finding a new employer who will pay you a fair salary from the start. I have similar credentials as you and at the age of 30 I left a company paying me $85k for a company who paid me $115k.
Internally THD does 20% increases. Contact your HR Partner to determine the salary range for your role for possible wiggle room. What Supply Chain is paying can be different than what Merchandising or Store Ops is paying. It usually depends on the organization and what you are willing to accept/fight for. Research what your position average salary is also using websites like salary . com and payscale . com
Im kinda in the same boat…MBA…25 years old. Been at same job since high school. Worked my way up to division manager…only making 74k. Other managers making 90 minimum without any education at all. They’re 40 though so I guess I have to take that into consideration. Best I can likely do is move to a different company.
Can you confirm what you mean by 12 years of experience despite being 30?
I guess 7 years pre MBA and 5 years post
