I am confused which one to choose since I have below offers. Please help.

1. CBTS Permanent WFH, 1-11 shift, good salary
2. Cognizant Hybrid model (I am not informed about the project yet), I am not sure about the shift, good salary
3. Wells Fargo, Work from Office, 1-11 shift, good salary.

I have very less time to decide on the above.

Current CTC 20 fixed. YoE 11.
An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.

Final round! Panel interview w an assignment to present some ideas on how to increase customers for 1 of 5 key audience segments.
I’m most familiar with 1 as it’s the audience I work with at current job. Not enough info/experience with other 2 segments. Remaining segments I know enough but not as confidently.
