If you’re over 6’ tall, forget about it
Thankfully, that is not a problem for me.
I recently bought a NC miata with the PRHT. It’s reliable. Just check for the usual things , rust , leaks, etc. You can definitely get a ND2, but it is my 3rd car and didn’t want to spend on a new one.
Definitely test drive one for yourself and don’t buy off internet hype alone. Soft top is the way to go. The new NDs have 3 sub generations but they’re all fine. I personally would skip NC gen. NBs are pretty solid and so are NAs but you have no idea what kind of life they went thru. Personally I would go with new bc I’d know it’s history (aka brand new) and while still slow, noticeably faster than the other gens.
