I noticed my Salesforce dev friend is making similar money to me but does freelancing on the side and is extremely successful (pays double more than his salary). It took him two years to get to that point. I want to mimic my friends freelancing track but with a focus on microsoft power platform. My contract is ending 12/31/22 and can’t be extended legally according to our CFO. I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house.
