I am currently holding an offer from LTIMindtree with a CTC of 20.5 LPA (18.5 LPA fixed). Another offer from CGI is in the pipeline, where they have agreed on 21 LPA (fixed).

I have also completed the first round of interviews with Mastercard, but the second round is scheduled for 2nd December, which happens to be the joining date for LTIMindtree. Additionally, CGI is asking me to join by 30th November.

What would you suggest in this situation? Should I go ahead with joining LTIMindtree or CGI
