I am currently interviewing with EY. I started to review the benefits and noticed no 401k match until I reach two years of service, and I vest after five. Does the pension supplement the loss of the match? If I left before five years, would I be able to keep the money they contributed to my pension?

I have cleared all the round in pwc interview now hr is telling we cant hire you are bca graduate and have completed mca as distance. iam having 4 yrs exp. Is it like this type of norms in pwc?
