I am currently taking Part 3. Which is the most difficult exam? I’m hoping to take the hardest exam next because I don’t think you can take another exam after February until May.

Should I leave my company? Been here 1.5 years and was told I was getting a management promotion 5-6 months ago.Still no solid traction and they are opening up a req for it 😑no one on the current sales team has ever been promoted (2 years)except our boss who has been promoted 3 times. We hit quote every month/q/year by a lot. I have several offers at double my OTE. Already asked what the timeline is for a new manager and I was told soon and I'm "up for consideration." What would you do here?

Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.

Anyone here who made an industry pivot via b school? Curious how you told the story in your applications. My mba “coach” is a bit concerned because I want to pivot into an industry that I don’t have any experience in, and that industry primarily does JIT recruiting. (Primarily biotech/pharma hoping to pivot to luxury / retail)

I’m four months into my job and I got put onto a PIP. I worked so hard to break into IB, put up all the hours and even working 2am nights for weeks, learned a ton, and improved a lot along the way as the sole analyst yet this happens. Midtier Valuation Advisory to Banking? I have an offer from a midtier accounting firm (BDO) for their Associate position in the Valuation Advisory team.

I’m thinking to switch to the Advisory role as a stepping stone to break into banking in a few years, or if that’s not possible then into Big 4. However, still considering accepting the offer because will be getting a 25% pay cut.
