I am currently working at HCl nagpur, but got an offer of cognizant Pune with around 200% hike shall I left HCl for joining cognizant or shall I stay back in HCl with increment provided by HCl, as there is no growth in HCl. Only the thing here we will get is comfort zone and job security

I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
