Capgemini I gave Capgemini and got selected. HR discussion happened and we decided on 10.5 LPA. Offer came of 9 lpa. Called HR to revise offer as per our discussion, sent counter offer as well. HR has been delaying since last 2 weeks saying it’s still in approval. She is still not saying that business isn’t approving. Should I consider my offer to be gone?

Don’t go in Cognizant and retain with hike it would be at least 15% if not more then too you will be 35 around and that is worth instead of just 3-4 lacs because your 30% tax will be there and variable will be deduct at least 20-30% then no job security for new joiners .

If you really want to switch at least for for 30-40% increase on your current fixed . Otherwise stay back and get an increase why do you want to lose out on wlb. You can always try to prepare for big product based orgs if you have good wlb
