Wells Fargo => 24L (fixed) + 1.8L ( variable) + 2L (JB)
Publicis Sapient => 22L (negotiable) (Senior Associate L1)
Please advice better one for me to join considering perks and benefits and career growth. I know WLB is better at Wells.
TIA
Why FDD and not audit? Other than better salary?

Hi All. I have offers from MobiKwik and Target for the role of Data Engineer.
Which organisation should I go fo?r. Please consider factors like job security, work quality and learning, WL balance and office culture.
They're both offering similar CTC and location is preferable in case of MobiKwik. My YoE is 3.

I have worked at BMO for 5 years on two different teams and can say that majority of people are great to work with and my managers are really supportive and want you to succeed. Although I have never directly worked in Ops the people I’ve worked with from Ops have always been great.
I do not like the BMO culture at all. In my team I notice too much blame culture and zero to no support for new joiners.
I’ve worked for BMO in 3 different cities. 2 roles in retail and current one in business banking (analyst). Never worked with someone I didn’t get along with. Culture seems far superior than any other institution I’ve worked for.
