We're looking for a Senior AD who wants to produce lots of TV with crazy talented writers, a great REMOTE work-life balance and very few layers. You'll have access to C level daily. Most briefs are one, sometimes two teams and you'll produce what gets bought. Sound good?

Depends on the type of work. Lots of work is wfh friendly and some of it is only wfh-friendly right now because courts are doing so much remote. It would be more important to me to know that they didn't intend to change their workload and habits and were intending to commute back as necessary both for work and office meetings at least occasionally. But ultimately if they are still contributing to the firm at the same level (in clients/hours/etc.) it seems doable. Lots of older, established lawyers in my city tend to semi-retire half the year out of state but have the connections and rainmaking ability to stay contributing partners.
