I am tired!
Stuck in same company for 7 years without growth, working in production support without skilling in latest technologies. Started learning React and want to shift on React frontend path. Again, stuck at resume building i dont know how to incorporate react into the projects i have worked. Can anyone send me (n4bryqzp@duck.com) React resume for reference?

Definitely $80K-$90K. In the future though, when asked this question, always respond by asking what the role is budgeted for; then go from there. Good luck 👍

Always go for the most you can get. The worst they’ll say is, “no.”
Ask for $80k

Are you coming from a “JR” role, so this is a step for you?
Assuming yes, I’d say $80-90k
Correct thank you!
So it’s gonna vary based on your portfolio, your years as a junior, awards, the agency size, etc. i wouldn’t let that keep you from shooting for the stars, though.
As a mid, I swung $90k at an in-house. I’d imagine mid would be about $70-$90. I’d push for anything over 80
Ask 90k

But i went from 65k to 100k from junior to mid-level in a year by jumping to another place in NYC. Plus a sign-on bonus. I had a competing offer so that usually helps!
Remember - if they give you a range, that means they *do* have it in the budget to go to the top of that range. Whether or not they decide to cut corners, they do have the $$. Keep that front-of-mind in your negotiations and GOOD LUCK my friend!
