I am interviewing for a contract scientist job at J&J. Would really like any insight or advice on this. My goal is to get experience in a new industry and find something permanent. I thought a contract position would be a good way to make connections. Does it work like that? I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.
