I am interviewing for SM level for a Cloud role at Deloitte. I have been told that they plan to take 2-3 interviews all on the same day. Anyone recently gone through this and can share any experiences/insights? Also, I am an experienced Director at KPMG and don’t think it makes sense to move unless they offer at least 300-320k base and a fast track to Partnership. Is my base expectation in the SM range?

Just realized I hadn’t had an in-person interview since 2019. I’ve done multiple zoom interviews and was onboarded remote in 2020. About to see a real person today! Wish me luck.

My SO just started with PWC Australia. I might have to relocate to the states in one year. Will it be possible for my SO to relocate to states as well through PWC at around 1 year mark? Does PWC allows that just after/within one year of joining? Assume she'll get L2 through me, if that matters.

I was promoted to manager in July 2020 (3,5 yr of experience). Currently preparing for YE but honestly, I couldn’t care less - what motivates one to push for SM promotion? Not my case atm, but wanted to hear what motivates ppl to keep going as I don’t feel like it’s worth it.
