I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. Did i miss the chance ?

The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

For the 1st time in my career, I have it all: at an agency I respect, with CDs I like, on a brief with potential.

I have no excuse. But my ideas just aren’t as good as the other teams’. What do I do?

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? Or should I look elsewhere. Been at the agency almost 3 years, I feel like I need to switch things up for my sanity.
