Fishes, I have a job title question. Does it matter if a role is in the same project with different titles? Example: SA, State and Local, Researcher vs SA, State and Local, Business Analyst. The job description makes it sound like they are the same project. However, Business Analyst does have more requirements/qualifications listed than Researcher. I’m coming from industry (3 YOE). Are PE investing role WLB and Stress that much worse than MBB?

Currently have Series 24, 7, 63,65

Currently work in a very unique Wealth Management ops role.

Getting paid 85k base with 40k in bonus plus about 35k~ in OT.

Money isn’t everything but in my late 20s it feels like the only thing important right now.

WLB is next to zero as 60hr weeks are the minimum as of late. Management feels like they are trying to push a few of us out. Was told not to expect much come year end for comp. Any suggestions on finding a new role/pay expectations?

What salary should be expected of a business control role in Citadel securities, working under CFO/CRO office in NYC. With total 10+ YOE.

We were forced to take 6 days leave in April (bovenwettelijk) which was kind of a weird move. I don’t think our bonuses are getting cut this year so if it’s my bonus or 6 days leave I’d gladly take the latter.

What is the average Manager salary in Netherlands? (4 big or MBB or boutiques)

I am beyond stuck in my first 1.5 years of my career.

I was over promised opportunities at my first gig and then Covid hit. Leading me to have no portfolio worthy pieces from this 💩 agency with nothing great in sight. (place hasn’t won a pitch in my entire time here + lost clients)

I’m juggling re-vamping my site and a side project to hopefully make my book more robust.

How hard is it to get into an investment bank for risk? Doing market risk related work (FRM)? And what kind of salary would you be looking at from entry to associate (senior) level ?

I don’t know about the rest of you but I don’t have enough room in my home for a full blown professional “looking” office. If these companies want to start chipping in on remodel expenses, I am listening. Otherwise, don’t worry about my kitchen table and kids running around the house. That’s what kids do!
