Thank you all for your patience. I do appreciate it. It turns out having a side project while running multiple proposals is a trifle challenging. That said. I’m posting a first subset of the rawish data. In all close to 500 people took the survey, but a majority were from the Big Four. Here is the data from Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PWC. Insights to come! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1lN6JrxQfvA_MC4XFZ38G0ppQkBuxRv9mf88Y8NE2X2U/htmlview
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Agree with Booz1. As they say, beggars can’t be choosers. If you’re on the bench and don’t have anything else lined up, then you don’t have much wiggle room to say no. Also, if you keep turning down gigs, people will be less likely to reach out to you unless you’re an absolute rockstar and have an indispensable skill set. Be open with your management and let them know what kind of opportunities you’re looking for
You can, but be aware of your utilization and the perception. If you’re having trouble getting staffed tread lightly with turning down projects.
I’d keep an open mind. Also factor in pipeline strength and project length.
Thanks Booz 1. Utilization is good right now, I am over 100% I am trying to find a more technical role so thinking I might hold out for a little. Still on a project right now but it comes to an end in August
Yes
Sound excited and ask a really dumb, Google-able question. Talk about how you are a team player and can’t wait to work with them every minute of every day. Because your new, your looking forward to some hands on mentoring. While you haven’t led anything at your firm, yet, or really ever, you look forward to the opportunity to learn at their expense.
You’re - correction!
